Female looking at the face of a male religious preacher attain barakah.

Allama Shihabud Deen al Alusi rahimahullah has mentioned from Ibn Hajar al Makki rahimahulla that, just as it is haram for a man to look at a woman, it is also haram for her to look at him even though it is without shahwah and there is no fear of fitna. Other scholars have opined that if she sees at the man with shahwah, then it will be haram and if she sees without shahwah then it will not be haram. Jumah Salah before Zawaal

According to the majority of Ulama’ the meaning of the hadeeth is that Rasulullah salallahu ῾alayhi wasallam would pray jummah right after the Zawaal of the sun (zenith). Hence, the time for Jummah Salah according to the majority is same as that of Dhuhr.

The former Grand Muftī of Pakistan, Muftī Muhammad Shafī’ رحمه الله, laid out these principles, along with examples, in an article entitled تفصيل الكلام في مسألة الإعانة على الحرام. Hereunder, we present the principles behind assisting in sin based on Muftī Shafī’s research.

Fiqh of renting out a property

According to Imam Abu Hanīfa ramatullahi alayh, it is permissible for a Muslim to hire his property to a non-Muslim who sells wine. In contrast to this view, the view of Imam Abu Yusuf and Imam Muhammad rahmatullah alayhima, the two famous students of Imam Abu Hanifa rahmatullah alayh is that it is not permissible. This is the view of the other three schools of thought.
